The sun – so cold
No warmth, no life, no shine
Just black and white and old
Mocking our decline
When you told me to go
Because you couldn’t love.
It was a feeling you said you didn’t know
Even though you’re my angel sent from above
Or was it from below?
I can’t remember my pain,
Just a feeling, circulating slow
Like morphine to my brain
And drowning me, giving me this
Sensation like a hallucinogen from
The remnants of your last kiss.
We burned like the bullet from a gun
When we rose and when we fell
Fell like angels dropping down
Into the blazing arms of hell
Or a coffin in the ground.
Though you say the sun is light
A gentle calming hand to guide you
For me it’s a never-ending night;
This monochromatic mask I see through
Makes everything fade to black
And steals the warmth from each new day
Each new hollow I feel from the lack
Of your love when you turned away
And left me to burn in the sun
Taking your heart and burying mine
No warmth, no light, it’s done
Just a few days till I surrender
And leave my fate to time

Ich lieb ihm, doch täglich muss ich sehen, wie er lebt, als hätt's mich nie gegeben.
I'm a Romantic stuck in a Post-Modern world.
I have a crush on Hareton Earnshaw and Jay Gatsby.
I've been rocked by Amadeus.
And if you were wondering, this is Nae, aka Envy in your neo roleplays. (:
